A Perfect Getaway!
It was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort.

I stayed at this property during my visit to Ooty for a period of 3 days.
1. The service and behaviour of all the staffs were excellent and they were all very kind.
2. The food is the best part. The chef Mr. Manoranjan customised every dish we ordered according to our taste. HE DESERVES A HIKE AND AN APPLAUSE 👏
3. The location is decent just 4 km away from city centre (Charring Cross)
If I’m visiting Ooty again no doubt that this will be my choice

Property location was most scenic with beautiful view of valley and pleasure to enjoy sunset sipping coffee. The hospitality was of top notch. The Restaurant manager Mr Bala was the most wonderful person, he served us food with utmost love and care. The food quality is amazing and yummm. The staff was generous.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend, but our stay was completely disrupted by ongoing renovations. Construction work started around 12 PM and continued until 5 PM, with loud noises coming from a room directly behind ours. The noise was unbearable, making it impossible to rest or even watch a movie. Despite calling the front desk nearly 15 times, nothing was done to stop it. This went on for two days, and by the third day, we had no choice but to leave as our concerns were ignored. When we requested a refund, we received nothing more than a generic ‘Sorry for the inconvenience.’ It’s unacceptable to carry out renovations while guests are staying at the hotel without prior notice or consideration for their comfort.
